1. Introduction
Welcome to Rise Up with Sara ("I," "me," or "my"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my services, including workshops, strategic accountability support, SPACE Community coworking membership, the Get Ready to Rise program, Get Ready to Rise Community, RISE Up Systems digital infrastructure packages, and digital resources (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using my Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use my Services.
2. My Services
I offer:
Strategic workshops and training sessions
One-to-one strategic accountability support
SPACE Community virtual coworking membership
Get Ready to Rise program
Access to my SPACE Community and Get Ready to Rise Community
Digital products and resources
RISE Up Systems digital infrastructure packages (RISE, STRIVE, and THRIVE)
Tech support packages
All Services are subject to availability and these Terms.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Workshop Payments
Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in Section 4. Transfers to another date are permitted with at least 48 hours' written notice, subject to availability.
3.2 SPACE Community Membership
Monthly subscription fee: £10 (GBP), processed via a secure payment gateway. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
3.3 Strategic Accountability Partnerships
Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of Services, including access to the SPACE Community and Get Ready to Rise Community.
3.4 RISE Up Systems Packages
Monthly subscription fees:
RISE (Foundation): £1,200/month
STRIVE (Growth): £800/month
THRIVE (Scale): £500/month
Payment Terms:
Monthly payments are due in a month in advance
First payment is due upon signing
Payments are processed via secure payment gateway
Minimum commitment period: 2 months for RISE Up Systems packages only
After the minimum period, packages renew automatically month-to-month
Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice after the minimum commitment period
Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services
No refunds are provided for partial months or early cancellation
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Workshops
Cancellations with at least 48 hours' written notice may transfer to a future date, subject to availability. No refunds are offered for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows. I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops with reasonable notice. If I cancel, you'll receive a full refund or transfer option.
4.2 One-to-One Strategic Accountability Support
Rescheduling requires 24 hours' written notice; otherwise, the session is considered delivered. Emergency cancellations (e.g., illness) will be reviewed case-by-case at my discretion.
4.3 RISE Up Systems Packages
Minimum Commitment: RISE Up Systems packages require a 2-month minimum commitment period.
Cancellation Notice: After the minimum commitment period, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
No Refunds: No refunds are provided for unused support days within a month or early cancellation.
Service Suspension: Non-payment will result in immediate suspension of all services including community access.
Emergency Circumstances: Emergency cancellations (e.g., serious illness, business closure) will be reviewed case-by-case at my discretion.
4.4 Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel online purchases within 14 days of booking for a full refund, unless the Service has been fully delivered (e.g., a workshop has occurred or RISE Up Systems work has commenced) with your consent.
Note: RISE Up Systems packages are also subject to the 2-month minimum commitment period.

5. RISE Up Systems Service Delivery
5.1 Service Levels
Each package includes specified monthly tech support days:
RISE: 8 days/month expert tech team support
STRIVE: 4 days/month expert tech team support
THRIVE: 2 days/month expert tech team support
5.2 Support Day Usage
Support days are calculated monthly and do not roll over to subsequent months
Support days include strategy, implementation, documentation, and troubleshooting
Urgent support requests are prioritized based on business impact
Response times: urgent matters within 24 hours, standard requests within 48 hours
5.3 Scope of Work
Services include but are not limited to:
Digital infrastructure audit and planning
CRM setup and integration
Workflow automation development
System documentation and SOP creation
Platform configuration and optimization
Out of Scope: Services do not include ongoing content creation, marketing campaign management, or services requiring specialized third-party software licenses (unless explicitly agreed).
5.4 System Access
You must provide necessary access to your digital platforms and systems for service delivery. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and data security. I am not liable for data loss due to client system failures or third-party platform issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through my Services—including workshop materials, templates, digital resources, branding, methodologies (e.g., the R.I.S.E framework), and RISE Up Systems processes—is my intellectual property and protected by UK copyright law. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the Services. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use is prohibited without my written consent.
RISE Up Systems Deliverables: System documentation, SOPs, and custom workflows created for your business become your property upon full payment, while the underlying methodologies and processes remain my intellectual property.
7. Community Guidelines
By joining my SPACE Community, Get Ready to Rise Community, or RISE Up Systems community access, you agree to:
Respect confidentiality of discussions and member information
Engage courteously and constructively
Keep login credentials private and non-transferable
Refrain from soliciting members without prior approval
Uphold my values of growth, respect, and collaboration
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any community for breaches of these guidelines.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability
My Services provide strategic accountability, business mentoring support, and digital infrastructure development. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial success, income levels, or system performance, as results depend on your effort, market conditions, implementation, and third-party platform reliability.
I am not qualified to offer financial, legal, or medical advice. Seek professional guidance where needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, my liability for any loss or damage arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service in the month the issue occurred.
8.2 RISE Up Systems Specific Limitations
I am not liable for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or discontinued services
System performance depends on your internet connection, device capabilities, and usage patterns
While I implement best practices, I cannot guarantee 100% system uptime or zero technical issues
You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your data
8.3 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
I comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018:
Personal data collection and use are detailed in my Privacy Policy
I store your information securely and do not share it without your consent, except as required by law
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data—contact me to exercise these rights
RISE Up Systems: Access to your business systems is used solely for service delivery and is kept confidential
10. Online Community Access
10.1 Access Rights
Access to the SPACE Community, Get Ready to Rise Community, and RISE Up Systems community is exclusive to paid members, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms and Community Guidelines.
I may revoke access for non-payment or guideline violations.
10.2 Content Sharing
You retain ownership of content you post but grant me a non-exclusive licence to display it within the communities. Sharing others' content requires their permission. Promotional posts need my prior approval.
11. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms to reflect changes in my Services or legal requirements:
Updates will be posted on my website with reasonable notice
Significant changes will be communicated via email
Continued use of my Services after updates constitutes acceptance
RISE Up Systems clients will receive 30 days' notice of any material changes affecting their packages
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local laws apply (e.g., for Scottish or Northern Irish residents).
